I don't have any particular take on that because it depends on the person. Some folks are really anxious about arranging things, so I need to be the person who does it. Others it indicates I am low on the priority list.

My thing about not rescheduling when someone else cancels isn't because I think cancelling and not rescheduling is a bad thing. It's that not rescheduling is a signal that I need to pay attention to.
