Planning another do nothing weekend

After the success of mine and Jason's do nothing weekend in July, I am planning on having another one at my grandparents' cabin near Plain (and Leavenworth). Basically, we went out to the woods and hung out and drank and told each other tall tales. This time, there may actually be fire and/or floating the river. Depends on the water levels and fire hazards. So the question is, are you interested?

*Aaakk* Summer is too short! Sat down to look at my calendar because your cabin is something I really want to do. I didn't realize how much I have previously scheduled.

Aug 18-19 moving family member back to college in Pullman.
Aug 23-25 going camping in the San Juans
Aug 30th Cirque du Soliel
Sept 8-15 Oregon Coast

There's still a possibility of yet another outing in late september or october as well which will be less "summer" and more autumn oriented. basically, it'll be the fall brews instead of the summer brews and less chance of floating the river, but better chance of a roaring campfire.

so you aren't out of chances yet.

sept 8 through 15 for the oregon coast. sounds like fun. i hope that's for a vacation and not one of your week long killer horse shows where you end up working 16 hours days for a week straight.

Mmmmm, Campfires. All cozy and wrapped in blankets. OK feeling better now =) The only obligation I have in Oct is a show on the 11-13th. Oh yea, I REALLY would like to get a group up for a trip to New Orleans around Halloween.

The Oregon trip is my yearly exodus to the family beach home (Gearheart) in which my brother and dad join me for a few days and the rest of the time I selfishly keep to myself reading, walking with the dogs, shopping and what ever else my heart desires.
