Vacation food
I am on vacation this week. Doesn't look like I am going anywhere. However, in order to make it as vacation like as possible, I plan to eat much restaurant food. Speak to me of good restaurants I should go to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I know many myself, but I am thinking I should try as much as possible to break my comfort zone. I generally stick to places I know have good food, rather than just wander in to places blindly.
Also, those who wish to join me should pipe up. I plan to head out for lunch in a half hour or so for my first installment. Downtown preferred for today, as I wish to go by the library.

Options:
Cafe Flora on Madison (vegan + cute-as-Hell server that maybe I have a tiny crush on)
Old Pancake House on 15th - mmm, Dutch Babies
Cyndy's Pancake House (truly fabulously gritty kind of place that my grandparents would've approved of) - I think this is on Aurora, but I get Aurora and 15th confused sometimes
The Dish in Fremont
And unrelated: I went to the Lavender Festival over the weekend with Miss Renee and she said she'd left you message but hadn't heard back - did the message come through OK?

Kells is one of my personal favorites, though. If you haven't been, I'd higly suggest it. Get the Irish cheese plate for a starter.
