Lights off

I recall my first date with April. We went go-karting, and then played pool at Jillian's. When I took her home, I was hoping she'd invite me in. She didn't. Later, I found out it was because when I got to her place, I left the car's lights on. She thought that meant I wanted to get going and didn't want to stay.

Dating rituals. I now make a point to turn my lights off.
