New York City

Jason and I will be making a short trip to New York City on April 29th, returning May 1st.

This will be the first trip to the Big Apple for both of us.

Whatever you do, when about to cross the street, don't stop if the light starts blinking "DON'T WALK". I once did this, causing a major pedestrian collision where everyone ran into one another like falling dominos. Apparently in New York "Don't Walk" means "Keep going and make all the cars stop for you".

I absolutely love New York City. If I ever move out of the Pacific Northwest (but stay in the US), it'll be to NYC.
