Gotta find out more about how this works. Read about some research into these in Britain by the Economic & Social Research Council. Basically, they say that these contracts are beneficial to both employees and companies, but something seems somewhat fishy to me and I want to find out how they work. And whether or not employees actually prefer these or not. SOmetimes this sort of "research" is funded by business funded front groups.
